The beeSlender Weight Loss Lesson Plan
Weight loss lessons are divided into three phases.
Questions about a lesson? Having problems not covered by a lesson? Our
nutritionists, psychologists and exercise physiologists provide daily
counseling through our forum.
Phase one
The Lesson focus is on weight loss ~ diet, exercise and lifestyle techniques
are used to achieve successful weight loss. Guidelines on determining
your caloric requirements and "Quick-start diet menus" are
provided.
Phase Two
Develop skills and habits for successful weight maintenance. Each lesson
emphasizes making the lifestyle changes that will make your weight loss
last.
Phase Three
Actively practice weight management techniques until they are second nature
while at the same time learning more about managing your diet and lifestyle.
You are "locking in" the diet, exercise and lifestyle changes
you have made in phases one and two.
